Return and Refund Policy:

   • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

   • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
   • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

2. Refunds:

   • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
   • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges:

   • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team at norhanfashion@gmail.com to request an exchange.
   • Once your exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship out the replacement item(s) to you.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

   • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at norhanfashion@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Final Sale Items:

   • Please note that certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly stated in the product description.
